If selected for a Compassion Clean

You, and/or the person Nominated will receive a link to complete a client profile, including home details and cleaning preferences. This service is completely free. No fees, No catch. The cleaning will be scheduled just like any other client, with the same level of care, respect, and professionalism.

For the safety of our cleaners, we do not enter homes or situations that present dangerous or hazardous conditions. This includes, but is not limited to:

Active infestations of pests or vermin
Presence of hazardous waste or biohazards
Unsafe structural conditions
Drug use, Violence or threatening behavior in the home

If a nominated home is found to have unsafe conditions, we reserve the right to decline or postpone the service until the environment is safe for our team.
