Utah Golden Owl Award Nomination Form
Presented by Utah FFA Foundation and Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company. The Golden Owl Award recognizes agricultural educators across Utah for their tremendous contributions to helping the next generation of agricultural leaders. Students, fellow teachers, and other supporters can nominate their favorite. agricultural teacher and summarize what makes him or her the best in the state. Nominations close December 15, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. MST
Prizes
Nominees have an opportunity to win the title of Utah Agricultural Educator of the Year and great cash prizes. Prizes include: - One (1) Grand Prize Winner: Trophy and $3,000 Cash Prize - Five (5) Honorees: Plaque and $500 Cash Prize
Judging
Please note that nominations will be judges based on the following criteria: 1. Teacher's dedication to agriculture education 2. Teacher's commitment to his/her student(s) 3. Teacher's impact o his/her student(s) 4. Teacher's impact on their local community 5. Teacher's impact on the agriculture industry 6.
