I hereby grant the right to photograph me and use the photo and/or other digital reproduction or other reproduction of my physical likeness for publication purposes (social media, website, etc.) to the Canadian Woodlands Forum, Envirothon NB and it's sponsors.

Liability Release / Décharge de Responsabilité

I hereby release, hold harmless and indemnify Envirothon NB and all their officers, agents, employees and volunteers from any legal liability, claims, damages and costs for any injury caused by or resulting from participation in Envirothon NB.

I agree I will adhere to the code of conduct and contest rules.

Par la présente, je dégage Envirothon N.-B. et ses dirigeants, agents, employés et bénévoles de toute responsabilité liée à des responsabilités légales, réclamations, dommages et coûts causés par la participation à Envirothon N.-B. ou pouvant en résulter. A good reputation enables members to take pride in their organization. Envirothon members have an excellent reputation. Your conduct at any Envirothon function should make a positive contribution to the reputation that has been established.

Une bonne réputation permet aux membres d'être fier d’appartenir à un organisme. Envirothon N.-B. a une bonne réputation et nous nous attendons à ce que la conduite individuelle aux divers évènements et activités contribue à conserver cette réputation.

 

1) Your behaviour at all times should be such that it reflects credit to you, your school/organization/community and Envirothon NB.  /  En tout temps, le membre doit afficher un comportement qui fait honneur non seulement à lui-même, mais aussi à son école/organisation et à Envirothon N.-B.

2) Student conduct is the responsibility of the team advisor. Students shall keep their advisors informed of the activities and whereabouts at all times.  /  Le conseiller ou la conseillère de l’équipe est responsable de la conduite de ces participants. Les participants doivent informer leur conseiller de leurs activités et allées et venues.

3) You are expected to attend all general sessions and other scheduled activities, during the competition. Please be prompt and show respect to presenters, fellow competitors and volunteers.  /  L’élève doit assister aux rencontres générales et autres activités prévues pendant la compétition. Il doit être à l’heure et montrer du respect envers les conférenciers, les équipes concurrentes et les bénévoles.

4) Participants are to report any accident, injuries or illnesses, to their advisor.  /  L’élève doit signaler tout accident, blessure, problème de santé à son conseiller.

5) If a student is responsible for stealing, vandalism, fighting, or weapons, the student and his/her parents will be expected to pay any and all damages.  /  En cas de dommages causés par un participant suite à un vol, acte de vandalisme, bagarre ou possession d'armes, la facture de réparation sera envoyé à la famille.

6) Participants attending Envirothon NB may not purchase, consume or be under the influence of alcohol or drugs at any time. Violators will be subject to stringent disciplinary action.  /  Les participants à Envirothon NB ne sont pas autorisés à acheter, consommer ou être sous l'influence de l'alcool ou de drogues à aucun moment. Les contrevenants s'exposent à des mesures disciplinaires sévères.

7) Smoking, vaping, and all tobacco use are strictly prohibited.  /  Il est interdit de fumer, vapoter ou consommer des produits du tabac sur le site de la compétition.

8) Participants who disregard the rules will be subject to stringent disciplinary action and may be sent home at their own/parent’s expense. Parents will be notified. Possible disqualification.  /  À défaut de respecter ces règles, le participant sera soumis à des mesures disciplinaires pouvant aller jusqu’à la disqualification et au renvoi à domicile, aux frais de ses parents. Ceux-ci seront avisés de la mauvaise conduite de leur enfant.
