CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

This Confidentiality Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date signed below, by and between LouLou’s (“Host”) and the undersigned guest (“Guest”) in connection with the private event hosted by LouLou’s on September 27th, 2025 (“Event”).

1. Confidential Information
For the purposes of this Agreement, “Confidential Information” includes, without limitation, all details of the Event, including but not limited to:

• The names or identities of attendees, staff, or performers
• The location of the Event, any directions to the venue, or any identifying details about the venue or Event itself
• Any visual, audio, or written content from the Event
• Descriptions of activities, performances, or conversations occurring at the Event

2. Non-Disclosure & Device Policy
Guest agrees not to:

(a) Disclose, share, or discuss any Confidential Information with any person or entity outside the Event, in any format (including online, social media, press, or word of mouth);
(b) Take, publish, or distribute any photos, videos, or recordings from the Event without express written consent from Host.

In order to maintain an intimate, connected environment with discretion as a priority, all personal mobile phones, cameras, and recording devices (“Devices”) will be collected by Host staff upon Guest’s arrival. Devices will be securely stored in a private, monitored location for the duration of the Event. Guests may request temporary access to their Devices during the Event, but such access will be granted solely in the designated secure location under staff supervision. Devices may not be brought into the Event spaces at any time.

3. Ownership & Remedies
All rights to the Confidential Information belong to Host. Guest acknowledges that any breach of this Agreement will cause irreparable harm to Host, for which monetary damages may be insufficient. Host shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief and any other remedies available under law.

4. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to confidentiality regarding the Event and supersedes all prior communications on the subject.

 

By signing below, Guest acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
