I, in applying to volunteer with Inspire Our Nation, fully understand and agree to the following:

I certify that the statements I have made within my Volunteer Application Form are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.

I understand that acceptance as a volunteer with Inspire Our Nation is not automatic and is decided upon completion of the onboarding procedure which may include, but not limited to, an interview with an Inspire staff member, reference checks and a criminal record check with vulnerable sector search.

Conditional to my acceptance as a volunteer, I also understand and acknowledge that I will be required to attend mandatory Volunteer Training and other events from time to time as required.

Photos/Media Consent

I agree to permit reasonable use of photos, videos, written materials or other picture of myself in promoting Inspire Our Nation and their activities and programs. I understand that these could appear in newsletters, brochures, magazines, webistes or social media in (present and future material) and might identify participants by first name.

I hereby give permission to Inspire Our Nation to use photoghraphs or any other media representation of myself at their discretion.

I release Inspire Our Nation, its officers, directors, volunteers, and stsaff from any and all responsibility/liability that may arise as a result of the use of such photos/media.
