NEW Business License Instructions:

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

If you are moving into a brick-and-mortar business, you are required to fill out and return a CURRY COUNTY CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY / CHECK LIST signed by a building inspector from Curry County's Building Department BEFORE receiving a business license. Download below.

You can only apply for a business license for a brick-and-mortar business after fulfilling the above requirement.

ONCE COMPLETED, FILL THE FORM OUT BELOW

Please complete the form with your company details, including the owner or manager. Be sure to check the box for the renewal license.

Click on PAY ONLINE. This will open a new window where you can pay using our payment method, "Point and Pay," as you have done previously.

Once you have paid the renewal, please return to the form and enter the Payment ID found on the receipt of your payment.

Finally, click "SUBMIT." Your business license renewal is incomplete until you submit the form.

We will email your 2025-2026 certificate to the email address you provided on this form.
