Day Camper Application 2025
Thank you for applying for your child/children to attend the 2024 Bond Sony Foundation Children's Holiday Camp! This year, the camp will run during the day and will be filled with fun activities from Sunday 21st December to 23rd December.

Each child who is accepted will be paired with their own special buddy to make sure everyone feels comfortable and cared for whilst you enjoy a well deserved break. You will be required to drop off and pick your child each day.

The questions outlined in this form are designed to enable us to assess applications and properly understand the requirements of your child. Applications that are incomplete will not be assessed. Please ensure all fields are completed honestly. The camp is designed to host children with challenging conditions, so detailed or confronting information will not disadvantage your child's application.

This form acts as a guide only for our team to make informed decisions. If you are successful in your application, further information will be requested so that we can keep your child happy and safe while at camp.

Eligibility

To be eligible, your child must be aged between 6 and 12 years of age. Applications will be processed following the closing date of Monday the 22th of September. We will endeavour to notify you of the outcome of your application shortly thereafter.
