Special Needs Kids Day

Come join us for a fun filled day on the lake, featuring a boat parade, food and games. This event is FREE for our registered special needs families only. Please register early, as spaces are limited and will fill up quickly.

*** To ensure you do not miss the boat, please arrive no later than 9:00 am. ***

The boat parade starts promptly at 10:00 am!!

Lunch, games, and other activities will also be available.

*** ALL PARTICIPANTS AND GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO KEEP A LIFE VEST ON AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON THE BOAT*** NO EXCEPTIONS

Should a participant or guest need a specialty life vest, we are asking that you bring that with you to the event. This is to ensure the best safety of all of our guest and participants. If participants have  thetheir own life vests please bring as it may fit better than those available on the boats. 

Participation Waiver

In consideration of being permitted by a "boat captian" to participate in activities at Special Needs Kids Day at Lake Allatoona, I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damage for personal injury, death or property damage which I may have, or which may hereafter accure to me, as a result of participation in activities at said facilities. This release is intended to discharge in advance the boat owners, volunteers, employees and agents from any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in activities at this or any other Lake Allatoona facility even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of those parties. It is understood that activities such as the ones I will be participating in involve an element of risk and danger of accidents and knowing those risks, I hereby assume those risks. It is further agreed that this waiver, release and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assigns. I agree to indemnify and to hold harmless, the boat owner, its officers, employees, volunteers and agents from any loss, liability, damage, cost or expense which they may incur as the result of my death or any injury or property damage that I may sustain while participating in any activity at this or any other Lake Allatoona.

I am the parent or legal guardian of the participant listed above. I hereby consent that the participant may participate in activities at this, or any other Lake Allatoona and I hereby execute the Agreement, Waiver and Release on his/her behalf. I hereby affirmatively . state that the said Participant is physically able to participate in said activity. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold the persons and entities mentioned above free and harmless from any loss, liability, damage, cost or expense that they may incur as result of the death or any injury or property damage that said participant may sustain while participating in activities at any such Lake Allatoona facility.

This waiver remains in effect for the current and future events unless withdrawn by either party in writing.

Failure to complete this form may result in not being to participate in the event.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT, WAIVER AND RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF PHOTO PLUS LIABILITY AND CONTRACT BETWEEN MYSELF AND THE SPECIAL NEEDS KIDS DAY AT THE LAKE ALLATOONA, VOLUNTEERS AND I SIGN IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
