  • Exhibition Duration

    The exhibition "Strange Traditions" will take place from 11.10.25 until 01.11.25 in the premises of the Association PLATTFORM SCHMUCKKUNST, Mariahilferplatz 3, 8020 Graz, and as well online via social media and website.

  • Participation Fee (for selected Artists only!)

    A uniform participation fee of € 65,- is due.This amount must be transferred to the ASSOCIATION‘s account after the selection. This amount is to be paid equally by all participants.

    The participation fee will not be refunded - not even in the case of late arrival of the work or other omissions that prevent participation in the exhibition.

  • SHIPPING / COSTS

    The ARTIST is responsible for the delivery of the WORK on time, suitable/secure/reusable packaging and shipping insurance - in case of loss or damage incurred in the delivery of the WORK from the ARTIST to the ASSOCIATION.

    The works must arrive at the association´s premises by 02.10.2025 at the latest.

    The ASSOCIATION’s EXHIBITION insurance only takes effect after the delivered package has been accepted and the content has been checked for previous damage. Therefore also the required PHOTOGRAPHS will be useful.

    Shipping to the exhibition venue and any custom duties have to be paid/fully covered by the ARTIST.

  • Sale

    The ARTIST agrees that the ASSOCIATION is offering their WORK for sale during the EXHIBITION period, if not mentioned otherwise in the form above.

    The ARTIST determines the price up to a limit of € 1200,- incl.VAT, which is the amount the ARTIST receives in a sale.

    For the final selling price the ASSOCIATION will add another 30% commission and taxes if necessary.

  • Generally

    The artists must pay for the production costs of the works themselves.

    The association is responsible for the entire exhibition design, advertising, publication and photos of the works (print and online platforms), the supervision of the exhibition, as well as the sale of the works during the exhibition period.

    Unfortunately, there is no capacity for individual feedback and explanations for non-selected artists.
