Volunteer Opportunity

In order to run children's programming, we are in need of volunteers. If you are willing to be contacted to serve as a volunteer or occasionally provide a snack for the children participants, please indicate your preference below.
I would be interested to support Adventure Club in the following way
Terms and Conditions: I agree to the terms and conditions outlined for participation in this program. I understand that participation involves certain risks and I release the program and its staff from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during program activities. I also consent to the use of any photos or videos taken of my child during program activities for promotional purposes. By signing this form, I acknowledge that I have read and understand these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
