  • Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of VMUN 2026’s Media Team. Every year, VMUN assembles a group of creative individuals to capture the conference. As a member of the Media Team, you will play a critical role in documenting VMUN from January 23–25, 2026, and will be responsible for assisting the Secretariat with various media-based tasks throughout the weekend. All members of the Media Team must be experienced in either photography or videography.

    All Media Team applications will be reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis. If you have any questions, please contact Ryan Xu, USG Design & Media at media@vmun.com.

  • Please submit a link to an online portfolio of 5-10 pieces representing your best work. Dropbox, Google Drive, and related sites are acceptable, as are online portfolio sites, such as 4ormat.com or carbonmade.com (free).

    At least three portraits are recommended for photographers. Videographers are recommended to include a YouTube/Vimeo reel, or any other evidence that you feel best represents your skills.
