  • Please join us for WSTIP's 2025 Claims Conference!  This is a great opportunity for Member Claims Coordinators to connect and collaborate with WSTIP staff while gaining valuable insight into the most pressing topics including legal and coverage issues, claims handling, and Origami.

     

    The 2025 WSTIP Claims Conference will primarily be in person but we will have a Zoom option available for attendees that can't come to Seattle.  In-person registration includes breakfast and lunch on Tuesday, October 14th. There is no cost to attend other than your travel expenses.  We are excited to spend the day with you and very appreciative of your participation!

  • We have a block of rooms available at Seattle Airport Marriott beginning Monday, October 13th, for $188 per night plus applicable taxes and fees.  Please click here for hotel reservations.

     

    Reservations must be made by Tuesday, September 23, 2025 in order to be eligible for the group rate.

  • 2025 WSTIP Claims Conference Schedule:

    Monday, 10/13/2025:  Arrival (if necessary)

    Tuesday, 10/14/2025:  Claims Conference - All Day (virtual and in-person)

    The conference agenda will be emailed to all attendees once it is finalized.

  • Meetings and Meals

    WSTIP will provide breakfast and lunch for attendees. However, we need to have accurate numbers for the hotel for capacity and spacing. If you are bringing a guest to the meals please choose two in the drop down menu.  Please note: if you bring a non-conference attendee guest to the meal(s), it is WSTIP's practice to invoice you the per diem rate for the guest's meals.
