      For participants age 14-17 we include the parent/guardian on all email communications. For participants under 14 we only email the parent/guardian.

      It's important that you are available and that now is a good time for you to take on an extra commitment. Being in a show is time-consuming and can be stressful, so please take a moment to consider everything going on in your life, including: school, work, travel, weddings, deadlines, health, moving, etc.

    • Attendance Policy

      I have reviewed the show scheduling information and I agree:

      • I am required to be at every rehearsal I am scheduled for.
      • Rehearsal conflicts must be stated prior to casting.
      • Attendance at tech, dress rehearsals, and shows is mandatory. 
      • Changes to my availability may result in recasting.

    • Rehearsals

      You will recieve a finalized schedule before rehearsals start with dates and times. Due to the collaborative nature of this show, additional rehearsals may be scheduled with individual choreographers at a time that works for you.

      We schedule 1-5 rehearsals per week during the following time windows:

      • Weekday evenings (6-11pm)
      • Weekend mornings (9am-12pm)
      • Weekend afternoons (12pm-6pm)
      • Weekend evenings (6-11pm)

      The average rehearsal is 3 hours (e.g. 6-9pm). Performers under age 18 are not typically scheduled later than 9pm. Some rehearsals may be incorporated into WSSR classes.

    •  Conflicts

      1. Carefully review your personal calendar as well as the show schedule info.
      2. Check with family + friends for events or obligations you might not be aware of.
      3. List ALL conflicts. Conflicts submitted after casting may result in recasting.
      4. If you don't have any conflicts say "none."
