The Mount Gambier Pioneers are inviting passionate, motivated, and community-focused individuals to be part of our developing coaching program for the upcoming NBL1 season. With the OneFortyOne and Castec Rural Pioneers pre-season commencing mid-February, the club is seeking association coaches who are eager to support the program throughout the 2026 season.
This is an opportunity to become part of the club’s coaching pathway, develop leadership skills, and grow confidence while working closely with NBL1 athletes and coaching staff. Participants will gain hands-on experience within a semi-professional environment aligned with NBL1 South standards, contribute to player development and game preparation, and play a meaningful role in the growth of basketball across the Limestone Coast.
This program is suited to individuals aged 18 and over who hold, or are working towards, a community or club coaching accreditation, are available for trainings, game days, and road trips, and demonstrate a strong passion for basketball, community development, teamwork, and positive communication.
