The nomination period will run from August 21st, 2025 until September 4th at 5pm Eastern!

Following the nomination period, a campaign period of two weeks will occur. Voting on contested positions will then open on September 18th, following the 5pm close of the campaign period. The voting period will run from September 18th (5pm) - September 23rd (5pm), and will take place via SimplyVoting.

Election Timeline:

Nominations Period: August 21st - September 4th (5pm)

Voting Period (via SimplyVoting): September 18th (5pm) - September 23rd (5pm)

Supporter forms:

When running for an executive position, nominees must have the support of two members of the local.

Supporters for unit-specific positions (Lead Stewards, and Vice-Presidents) MUST be from the same unit as the applicant.

Upon submission of the nomination form, the supporters will be automatically contacted to endorse the nomination via a pre-populated supporter form. Both supporter forms must be submitted before the deadline in order for the nomination to be considered complete. The form will be disabled at the close of the nomination period.
