• Goddess Jade Debt Contract Agreement

    This form is designed to establish a clear and mutual understanding of the debt arrangement with Goddess Jade. Please fill out all required fields accurately.

  •    PARTIES
     This is a Financial Domination Debt Contract Agreement that has been submitted on     Pick a Date   , between the Creditor Godess Jade, and the Debtor         to establish the terms and conditions of a financial domination relationship.  

  • Agreement
    The total amount of debt will be decided by the creditor after discussion with the debtor, and will be adjusted to the debtor's current financial situation. The debtor's tenure will continue for a period of       and can be extended at any time. The debtor agrees to become Goddess Jade financial submissive and agrees to carry out any and all of her wishes outside of the existing debt. The debtor must inform Jades of any existing findoms.

  • Payment
    There will be an initial contract fee of $55 which must be paid through PayPal @jadejensen14, Apple Pay , Or Throne @ www.throne.com/studanejalex
    EVERY WEEK STARTING ON WHATEVER THE DAY OF WEEK IT IS (SO IF ITS MONDAY YOU START EVERY MONDAY)

    The Debtor will make weekly payments of       every/ (whatever day you start on) into a payment method of their choosing      It is possible and highly recommended, to send more in order to reduce the debt

  • A compound interest of 10% will be added to this debt monthly and additional debt will occur in the event of late payment or as punishment for misbehaviour. In the event of non-payment or late payment, the debtor will pay a penalty amount of $300 

    Goddess Jade may reward the debtor for good behaviour, timely payments, additional tributes or other reasons at her sole discretions. Rewards may include but are not limited to photos, videos, tasks, or anything else agreed upon by both parties.

    Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice to the other party. If the debtor terminates the Agreement before the end of the term, they will have to pay a "buy out" of $3000 to be released. If no notice is given, and buy out is not paid, the creditor reserves the right to inflict any necessary punishment on the debtor.

    This Agreement shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of BDSM and Findom. The debtor agrees to keep all aspects of this Agreement confidential and not to disclose any information about this Agreement, the financial relationship, or any of Goddess's information. The creditor and the debtor reserve every right to change any term in this contract at any moment, if both agree.
