  • A Professional Development Program for Arts Leaders & Cultural Changemakers

    About the Program:

    The Brampton Creative Leaders Lab, is a curated professional development program designed to empower Brampton-based arts leaders and local arts champions. Anchored by a 2-day in-person learning summit, the program supports participants in developing adaptive leadership, and strategic skills while fostering community engagement, collaboration and innovation in the arts. 

    Key program dates are:

    • September 26, 2025, 12-1:30: Cohort Meet and Greet Session, BAO Office
    • October 17, 2025, 9:30am – 5pm: Summit Day 1
    • October 18, 2025, 10am – 6pm: Summit Day 2
    • November 12, 2025, 12pm-1pm: Post-Summit Debrief Session (Virtual)

    The 2-day Summit will be held at 401 Richmond Street, West in downtown Toronto.

    The Brampton Arts Organization (BAO) is committed to protecting the privacy of any personal information, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other typical personal information that you may provide when visiting our website(s) or interact with our services.
