I agree to handle all borrowed or rented paddleboards, kayaks, or related equipment with care.
If any damage to a board or other Strong Paws Academy LLC equipment is determined to be my fault, I agree to pay the full replacement cost.

I attest that my dog is in good physical condition to safely participate in paddleboarding, including handling the balance and muscle demands of the activity.
I attest that both my dog and I are proficient swimmers capable of managing the risks of being in open water.
Removal for Safety or Behavior Issues
I understand that if I fail to adhere to the above guidelines, or if my handling of my dog results in unsafe conditions, aggressive behavior, continual disruptions, or interference with others’ ability to participate, I may be asked to leave the activity without a refund.
Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that paddling with dogs involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, tipping, collisions, or injuries to myself or my dog.
I agree to release and hold harmless Strong Paws Academy LLC, its owners, staff, and volunteers from any liability for injury, damage, or loss sustained during participation.
