    Step 1: Review Terms
    Before requesting materials, review the detailed guidelines and terms:

    Art Supply Closet Policies Fall 2026

    Friendly Reminders:

    • Forms will not be processed until after Census Day (09/02)
    • Points are available starting Census Day but forms may be completed prior
    • Supplies are for academic use only. Enrollment in VA courses will be verified.
    • Specific items/brands are not guaranteed.
    • Supplies are distributed first-come, first-served and are subject to availability.

    Step 2: Complete the Request Form

    • Please ensure all of your information is accurate.
    • You may request multiple of the same item within reason
    • Indicate your desired materials below. Total point value must not exceed 100.
      • Points do not roll over into the next semester.
      • After Week 8, all students have a balance of 50 points. Please do not exceed this amount in your submission. 

    Step 3: Wait for Confirmation & Book Pickup Appointment

    • Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a booking link.
    • Schedule a pickup appointment with Chase or Hattie ASAP.
      *If you don’t pick up your order within 5 business days of your confirmation email, your form will be reset and your supplies are not guaranteed.
      • If you cannot accommodate any appointment slots, please email visualarts@ucdenver.edu.

    Step 5: Pickup Instructions
    Location: CU Building 8th floor

    • If you don’t have access to the building, note this when booking so we can scan you in.
      • At your appointment time, call (303)-315-1501 and someone will meet you in the lobby.
    • Bring a form of ID for identity verification.
    • Bring your own bag for supplies.
    • You will have a 15-minute window to pick up your items.
