    Two persons must have been present and responsible for all primary fidiciary duties of raffle including verification of all tickets, funds and the preparation of the deposit.

    All winner information must be documented and retained for documentation and potential tax reporting purposes as well, to abide by small games of chance laws. Any person(s) who receive prize(s) exceeding $600 in value receive a 1099-INT.

  • Sales Information and Deposit

    Completed ticket stubs and unsold tickets must be handed in with your signed and sealed sales fund deposit bag. Total tickets must match your ticket print order quantities for tax purposes. NO MONIES can be withheld from sales funds for reimbursements or any reason.

  • Thank you for completing the form and necessary documentation required for SGC law. Your next step is to turn in all completed sold ticket stubs, unsold tickets and your raffle sales profit to Big E. An envelope containing all 3 (stubs, unsold tickets and cash) should be labeled with your Sports TEAM, Raffle DATE, your name and the total cash enclosed within the sealed deposit bag. You are welcome to print your confirmation email of this form that you receive once submitted and enclose as well.
