ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

1. Mares must be registered with the KFPS
2. Owner of record must be a current FHANA member
3. The following mares are pre-qualified: Mares already holding the title of Model, Crown, Provisional Model, Provisional Crown, Star. Yearling and Two-Year-Olds newly named 1e during the 2025 FHANA Inspections are eligible and will be entered in their appropriate class by age group. A copy of their registration certificate must be sent with entry to prove eligibility.
4. All Mares newly named as Model, Crown Provisional Model, Provisional Crown, Star, 1e Yearling and Two-Year-Olds during the 2025 FHANA inspection Season are also eligible to enter. Entry form must specify the mare's 2025 predicate and inspection site for verification of eligibility.
5. All mares that meet the eligibility requirements and have not been inspected during the 2025 inspection year are eligible to be inspected for an upgrade. The inspection fee of $150 must be paid with entry.
