    Every year, the Weatherford Chamber of Commerce honors two outstanding businesses whose dedication, vision, and community spirit set them apart. These awards recognize not just success in business, but also the heart and impact behind it.

    Award Categories:

    • Large Business of the Year: 35 or more employees
    • Small Business of the Year: Fewer than 35 Employees

    How to Nominate:

    We invite you to share the story of a business you admire—or your own. Please prepare a detailed nomination letter and click Submit. Remember, some judges may not be familiar with our community, so be sure to paint a clear and compelling picture of the business and its achievements.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Integrity and excellence in business practices
    • Exceptional customer care
    • Active participation in community service
    • Steady financial growth and stability
    • Positive workplace culture and strong employee relations
    • Commitment to education partnerships & workforce development

    Eligibility:

    • In business for at least 2 years
    • Current Weatherford Chamber member in good standing
