WELCOME
KH Pet Spa operates as a Private Member Association (“PMA”) under the authority and jurisdiction of the Rusty Spur Arrangement Express Trust. We are not open to the public. All services are provided exclusively to private members, by private contract, in the private domain.

Membership Status:
Membership in the KH Pet Spa Private Member Association (“Association”) is established upon signing this Agreement.

Contributions:
Member contributions (dues) are required to unlock reduced member contribution rates, cash savings, and other benefits provided by the Association.

Non-Contributing Members:
Members who do not contribute dues remain members of the Association but will not be eligible for reduced rates or member-only savings. All services will be provided at the Association’s standard contribution rates, which are comparable to or higher than local market averages.

Understanding:
By signing this Agreement, the Member acknowledges that contribution payments are required to access discounted member benefits and that without such contributions, services will be billed at standard contribution rates.
