Terms of Service

Conditions
- I require half up front before getting started, paid via paypal invoice (I can also facilitate venmo or cashapp if necessary). The second half is due after I show you a preview of the finished picture. If you request it, you can pay in full up-front.
- If this is a "Wildcard" Commission the full amount must be paid up front and is non-refundable, except in the case where I don't actually finish your commission.
- Payment is due when your turn comes up in the commission queue and I contact you. You will have 48 hours to message back and/or pay the up-front or I will push you back in the queue. If I don't hear back from you by the second time, you will be removed from the commission queue.
- I will not draw sexually explicit content.
- I will give up to 2 free revision sketches. After this, additional revisions will cost $10 each to be added to the final payment.
- You can expect to recieve the commission within one week of paying the up-front (turnaround is generally 2 - 3 days depending on size and detail of the commission, not including weekends).
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
Image Rights
- This commission is for personal use only (non-commercial) and it is not to be used in the creation of an NFT. Contact me with inquiries about commercial work.
- I retain the rights to the image and therefore the right to use it for promotion on social media. That said, if you specifically request that I do not post it (as it is a gift or a surprise or bears your resemblance), I will not.
- You may print, crop, add text, and post the image as you like but if you post it somewhere I would appreciate being credited for the artwork. If you request it I will include a version with my signature stamp on it for social media purposes.
Refunds & Payments
- I will refund 75% of the up-front if you cancel the commission upon receiving the first sketch. After approving the initial sketch there is no refund.
- If for any reason I cannot finish the commission you will receive a 100% refund.
- If you paid in full up-front but would like to add a tip after its finished, this can be done on my Ko-fi.

Upon paying the up front, you will recieve at minumum one work-in-progress sketch to critique and offer up suggestions and alterations. (This does not apply to Wildcards)

Upon paying the second half, you will recieve, by email, two image files. One will be a web-friendly size and the other will be the full resolution image.

Commission Options

WILDCARDI take your character description and do whatever I want with them! Could be a bust, full body, expression sheet, chibis, who knows! You don't get a sketch preview to critique and you don't know what your going to get till it's finished. You are agreeing to give me full creative freedom. This is a commission paid in full up front without refunds but what you get should surprise and delight you. That's the gamble you take with the wildcard.

Deluxe WILDCARDThe same as a normal WILDCARD but with the deluxe option you get a higher level of detail and polish, and a more detailed potential background. This option also expands the possible results to short comics, moving GIFs, and full illustrations.

WILDCARD Bonus CharacterPlease add this if your Wildcard will involve 2 characters, be it the normal or deluxe option.

Bust Commission A bust includes the head, shoulders and part of the upper torso.

EXTRA: Simple BackgroundBackgrounds such as clouds/mist, stars, nebula, magical effects, flames, or a single piece of simple furniture (such as a chair)

EXTRA: Detailed BackgroundBackgrounds that include landscapes or interior settings. If the setting is VERY detailed, like a full library of bookcases behind them or a mad scientist lab full of bits and bobbles, it may cost more than this.

EXTRA: Oversized or Complex Weapon / ItemThink the sword from Soul Calibur or a crazy steampunk rifle. You can DM me if you aren't sure if your item's size or level of detail warrants the extra charge.

EXTRA: Extensive Tattoos / Scarification / Rendered ScalesYou can DM me if you aren't sure if your character's details are extensive enough to warrant the extra charge. If they have two full tattoo sleeves and you want them fully detailed out, then yeah probably. If you have a half-naked Yuan-ti and want every scale drawn, then also yeah probably.

EXTRA: Extensive Patterns/ Details on clothing or accessoriesThis is really only warranted on seriously extreme outfits like massive intricate headdresses, gowns made of flowers, suits of armor covered in scales, etc.

Roulette Option: StorybookA full body character with a watercolor background. Cartoonishly stylized with exaggerated features compared to the default commission style.

Roulette Option: Chat EmotesEach chat emote comes with a 320x320 px PNG of a character's face in one of two styles. You will also receive a smaller, simplified version (128x128 px) optimized for discord emotes.

Character Descriptions & Reference Links
Please give me the characters name, race or creature type, gender presentation, and ttrpg class (if applicable)*

If the character has been commissioned before and has a solid visual reference, upload that here. Any changes you'd like made that deviate from the original can be noted in the questions below.

If you have a gallery or folder full of reference images, link that here. Please fill in the questions below if any of them are not satisfied by your reference image or gallery or if you just need to clarify details.
1) Body. Please describe the characters body type, including skin tone (or scale or fur color). If getting a half or full body, describe their stature, posture, weight, etc. Also mention things like freckles, scars, & vitiligo.
2) Face. Please describe the character's facial features including eye color. Please also describe what expression you want on their face. You can also mention things like horns, facial hair, piercings makeup, etc.
3) Hair. If the character has hair, describe the color, length, style, and texture of it. Try to include details like if they have bangs and where they part it.
4) Clothing. Please describe the character's clothing and accessories (and brandished items/weapons). If getting a bust or portrait, you only have to give me details about what's on their head, torso or neckline.
5) Pose. If you are getting a half or full body, please describe what pose you would like them in, or at the very least the vibe or energy you wish to convey. WILDCARD commissioners, you can give me a vibe but I'll be in charge of the pose, if you get a body at all.
6) Background. If you leave this blank I will pick a suitable neutral background color. If you are paying for an illustrated background, describe it here. You can also suggest specific lighting color/direction. For free I would be willing to add things like a paint splash or a gradient. WILDCARD commissioners: you get no say here, but you can tell me what colors you associate with the character if you want.
EX: White Background, Transparent PNG, Purple Paint Splotch, Gradient dark blue to light blue
7) Other. Please describe any additional features not covered above. This could include a character's wings, a spell they are casting, a pet, etc.
For WILDCARDs: Inspire me! Tell me anything you want about your character- their background story, the setting they come from, their general attitude. If they NEVER smile or they are like an excitable puppy dog. Part of my goal with this option is to draw less "Character with Neutral Expression Standing at a 3/4th angle on a Blank Background" so give me something to work with!
