TAP: Teaching Automotive Principles

IMPACT60 and the Performance Columbus Family of Dealerships (which includes Honda Marysville, Honda Marysville Motorsports and Performance Luxury Sport ) is partnering to provide motivated individuals with an opportunity to learn skills to enter the automotive industry. This career exploration and workforce introduction to becoming an automotive maintenance technician is being offered at no charge to individuals who have chosen to join us or who have been identified by agencies, court system or schools.

Essential qualities for all candidates: determination, focus, solid work ethic, honesty, positive attitude and the dependability to show up.

To participate in the class, a valid driver's license is not required. Once you decide to enroll (and we hope you do), we will ask you to complete a form so that we can secure a motor vehicle report. This is helpful for us to be proactive and aware of your unique situation to support you through this journey.

Ten hands-on hours at assigned dealership will be scheduled at the end of December into January.
