Eligibility:

The Student Access Program is available for Title I schools in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, where at least 40% of students qualify for free/reduced-price lunches.

Program Details:
- The program will run from September 9, 2025 through January 28, 2026.
  - Reservations available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only.
  - Dates will be removed upon reaching capacity.
- Eligible schools may bring a maximum of 100 students per day. General admission and lunchroom reservations are included by the program.
- Participating schools may bring 1 chaperone (ages 21+) for every 5 youths attending the visit at no additional cost.
  - A minimum of 1 chaperone for every 10 youths is required.
  - Chaperones are expected to supervise the group during their visit.
  - Groups displaying disruptive or destructive behaviors will be asked to leave the museum early.
- Confirmation of your visit will be sent within 2 business days. Any outstanding balances must be paid in full at least 3 weeks prior to the date of the visit.
- Groups are required to make a reservation when eating lunch onsite. There are two options:
  - Bring Your Own: Groups will pack their lunch and reserve a lunchroom for 25 minutes.
  - Purchase Vouchers: Groups will preorder vouchers and have 30 minutes to eat in The Eatery.

The Sky Tonight (25 minutes) - From sunset to sunrise, join our live cosmic tour guide for a thrilling journey through the night sky—exploring constellations, planets, and deep-space wonders you can see overhead tonight.

Worlds Beyond Earth (25 minutes) - Features immersive visualizations of distant worlds, groundbreaking space missions, and breathtaking scenes depicting the evolution of our solar system — Embark on an exhilarating journey that reveals the unique conditions that make life on our planet possible.

Private Live Science Show:

Combustion Show (25 minutes) - Things heat up as we break down the 3 ingredients needed for any good combustion reaction at this fiery show.

Liquid Air Show (25 minutes) - Cool off with one of our favorite chemicals, Liquid Nitrogen, as we explore how temperature affects matter at one of the longest-running shows at the museum.

Lunch Arrangements:*

We are bringing packed lunches and need to reserve a lunchroom. We understand that our lunchroom will be reserved for 25 minutes and may be shared with other groups.We are purchasing prepaid lunch vouchers and will eat in The Eatery. We will select our vouchers from the options below.We are not eating lunch onsite. We understand that lunch reservations must be made in advance and may not be available to add later.We are planning to eat lunch in The Eatery without preordering. We understand that this is not recommended, as seating availability and food options cannot be guaranteed.
Lunch Voucher Options:

Groups reserving lunch vouchers will be scheduled to eat in The Eatery located on the 2nd floor of the museum.

Deluxe ($17.00 per person) - Choice of sandwich, salad or hot entrée, includes a side salad or french fries, and a bottle of water or can soda.

Sandwich Options: Roasted Vegetable and Hummus Wrap, Italian Hoagie, Caprese Sandwich, Chicken Caesar Wrap

Salad Options: Fiesta Chicken Salad, Cobb Salad, Caesar Salad with choice of Caesar, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Red Wine Vinaigrette, or Cilantro Lime Dressing

Hot Entrée Options: Steak Sandwich (with or without cheese), Bistro Bowl (varies), Hamburger, Cheeseburger, Chicken Fingers, All Beef Hot Dog, Pizza (cheese, pepperoni, or veggie), Soup of the Day

Premium ($12.00 per person) - Choice of hamburger, cheeseburger (lettuce, tomato, burger sauce), or chicken fingers, includes a side salad or french fries, and a bottle of water or can soda.

Standard ($9.00 per person) - Choice of all beef hotdog or slice of pizza (cheese, pepperoni, or veggie), a cookie and bag of chips, and a bottle of water or can soda.
