  • Tayco Farms Farmers Market Vendor Terms & Conditions
    By participating as a vendor in the Tayco Farms Farmers Market, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    1. Event Details & Setup

    The market operates from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM on the scheduled date.
    Vendor setup begins at 12:00 PM. Vendors must check in with Tayco Farms staff upon arrival.
    Vendors must be fully set up and ready by 12:50 PM.
    Vendors must follow Tayco Farms staff directions for parking, unloading, and booth placement.

    2. Booth Space & Equipment

    Standard booth space is provided as assigned by Tayco Farms.
    Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, tents, chairs, and display materials.
    Tents must be securely weighted to prevent movement in windy conditions.

    3. Product Guidelines

    All products must be legal under Texas state and federal law.
    Vendors are responsible for ensuring that their products meet any applicable licensing, labeling, and safety regulations.
    Tayco Farms reserves the right to refuse the sale or display of any item deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

    4. Conduct & Responsibility

    Vendors must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward customers, fellow vendors, and Tayco staff.
    Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean during the event and for cleaning up completely after closing.
    Tayco Farms is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.

    5. Health & Safety

    Vendors selling food or drink must comply with all applicable health department regulations.
    Any electrical needs must be pre-approved by Tayco Farms.
    Smoking is permitted only in designated areas away from customer booths.

    6. Payment & Cancellations

    Vendor fees (if applicable) must be paid in full before the event date.
    No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
    Tayco Farms reserves the right to cancel the market in the event of extreme weather or other emergencies. In such cases, vendor fees may be applied to a future market date.

    7. Agreement

    By attending the Tayco Farms Farmers Market, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

    These Rules & Regulations are established to ensure the safety, fairness, and overall success of the Tayco Farms Farmers Market (the “Market”). By participating in the Market, all vendors agree to abide by these provisions in their entirety. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.


    1. Participation Requirements
    1.1. All vendors must complete any required vendor application forms and be approved by Tayco Farms prior to participation.
    1.2. Tayco Farms reserves the right to accept or deny vendor participation at its sole discretion.
    1.3. Vendors must hold any applicable licenses, permits, or certifications required for the sale of their goods or services in Texas.


    2. Setup, Breakdown, and Hours of Operation
    2.1. Vendor setup begins no earlier than 12:00 PM on the day of the Market.
    2.2. Vendors must check in with Tayco Farms staff upon arrival before setting up.
    2.3. Vendors must follow parking and unloading instructions provided by staff to ensure smooth traffic flow.
    2.4. All booths must be fully operational by 12:50 PM and remain open until the Market closes at 5:00 PM, unless instructed otherwise by Tayco Farms.
    2.5. Early breakdown is prohibited unless approved by Tayco Farms staff due to emergency or weather-related concerns.


    3. Booth Space and Equipment
    3.1. Booth spaces will be assigned by Tayco Farms and must be respected.
    3.2. Vendors are responsible for supplying all necessary equipment, including tables, tents, displays, and signage.
    3.3. Tents must be properly anchored or weighted to prevent movement in high winds.
    3.4. Vendors must keep all displays and merchandise within the boundaries of their assigned space.


    4. Product and Service Standards
    4.1. All products sold must be in compliance with Texas state law, federal law, and any applicable local ordinances.
    4.2. Vendors selling consumable goods must comply with all applicable health department and food safety regulations.
    4.3. Tayco Farms prohibits the sale of counterfeit, pirated, stolen, or illegal goods.
    4.4. Tayco Farms reserves the right to remove any product or display deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or in violation of these rules.


    5. Conduct and Professionalism
    5.1. Vendors must maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful demeanor toward customers, other vendors, and Tayco Farms staff.
    5.2. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
    5.3. Vendors must not play loud music, use offensive language, or create disturbances that interfere with the operation of the Market.
    5.4. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all staff or helpers in their booth are aware of and comply with these Rules & Regulations.


    6. Health, Safety, and Environmental Responsibility
    6.1. Vendors must keep their booth space clean and free of hazards at all times.
    6.2. All trash, waste, and packaging materials must be removed from the premises at the end of the event.
    6.3. No open flames, hazardous chemicals, or unsafe equipment may be used without prior written approval from Tayco Farms.
    6.4. Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated areas away from customer traffic.


    7. Insurance and Liability
    7.1. All vendors participate at their own risk. Tayco Farms assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.
    7.2. Vendors agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tayco Farms, its owners, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the vendor’s participation in the Market.
    7.3. Vendors are strongly encouraged to maintain their own liability insurance covering their activities at the Market.


    8. Fees and Payment
    8.1. Vendor fees, if applicable, must be paid in full before the Market date to secure a space.
    8.2. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the Market, except at the sole discretion of Tayco Farms.
    8.3. In the event of Market cancellation due to extreme weather or emergency, Tayco Farms may, at its discretion, transfer vendor fees to a future event.


    9. Compliance and Enforcement
    9.1. Tayco Farms reserves the right to inspect vendor booths and products at any time during the event.
    9.2. Any vendor found in violation of these Rules & Regulations may be asked to remove specific products, correct the violation, or leave the premises without refund.
    9.3. Repeated violations may result in permanent removal from future Markets.


    10. Acknowledgement of Agreement
    By participating in the Tayco Farms Farmers Market, vendors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Rules & Regulations. Vendors further acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring their staff or representatives comply with these rules
