Prescott Spiritual Wellness Fair 2026

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor/service provider at the 4th Annual Prescott Spiritual Wellness Fair. This high vibrational metaphysical healing event is the perfect spot to gather together to spread love and light and soothe your soul by the gorgeous waterfront of the St. Lawrence River.

The fair is located beside the boat harbor and marina where pedestricans go daily to run, bike and walk their dogs. It is directly beside the Prescott Pop Up's, a collection of local small artisans, food trucks as well as a pizza and beer garden.

The event is free for guest to attend. There will be Sound Healing Experiences throughout the event and live music may also be offered. Advertising will be done throughout social media (regular postings to facebook and instagram as well as paid ads for Eastern Ontario).

This year we are moving to a curated group spotlight format. Participating vendor logos will be featured together in a collective spotlight released 2 weeks before the event (including paid advertisent).

• This event will take place outdoors RAIN OR SHINE at 191 Water Street East, Prescott, Ontario.
• Spaces are $95+tax per 12x12 space. 
• The event will be adveritised with paid ads on social media as well as signage in the town of Prescott and certain local businesses. The town of Prescott will also be assisting with promotion of the event. 
• A pop-up canopy and weights are mandatory for each vendor.
• You agree to provide your own Pop-Up Canopy, tables, chairs, etc.
• Two people or businesses may not share a canopy to save fees (Employees may share their space with other team members)
• Payment in full & a signed registration form is required to secure your spot.
• Should the event be cancelled for any reason beyond control, your payment will be transferred to a resheduled date.
• Spaces are non-refundable once payment is received so please ensure you are available to attend before registering.
• Payment methods accepted: Debit, Visa or Mastercard (no e-transfer accepted)
• There are no electrical hook ups available for this event.
• Food and beverages are available at the Prescott Pop Ups.
• Vehicles are not permitted on the fairgrounds. You may drop your items off at the gate before parking across the street at Fort Wellington. We recommend investing in a collapsable wagon or dolly to assist in transporting your items in a more convenient manner.

Please read this contract carefully. By signing this contract, you agree to the information listed below.

• Vendor spaces are assigned. You will be directed to your space when you arrive. A diagram will be sent one week before the event with parking/unloading information.
• Two people or businesses may not share a canopy to save fees. Employees may share their space with other team members.
• Please arrive promptly to enable a smooth opening at 10:00am.
• Set up begins as early as 8:00am. Please be fully set up 10 minutes before the show starts. It maintains a professional atmosphere if we are not setting up once the event has started.
• You are responsible for your own items (including but not limited to) outdoor canopy, weights, tables, chairs, table coverings and personal signage.
• Canopies and weights are mandatory for each vendor. 
• You are responsible for the unloading and loading of your items and well as the set up and tear down of your canopy/booth.
• You are responsible for the drop off and pick up of your items.
• You will be asked to secure or remove any equipment deemed unsafe.
• Please maintain your space for the entire event. We ask that you do not pack up early, otherwise you will not be invited to attend another show.
• Please inform Christa at your earliest convenience if you will be running late.
• The registration fee is required at time of registration. Your space is confirmed once payment is received. 
• There will be paid advertisments to promote the event from May - August.
• The group vendor list with logos will be featured on social media two weeks before the event with a paid advertisement. 
• Please note that in the event of live music, artists have the freedom to perform any songs or genre of music they wish and at the volume that their equipment is set to.
• Please be respectful of your neighbours, keep your area clean and tidy and keep racks and tables within your 12x12 space. 
• Spaces are non-refundable once payment is received.
• Your space cannot be sold to another vendor without permission of the event organizer.
• Vehicles will NOT be permitted on the fair grounds. Please pull up to the gate upon arrival to drop off your items.
• Vendors must park across the street at Fort Wellington after dropping off their items. 
• Vendors must be fully packed up and vacate the premise no later than 4:00pm.
• This event is rain or shine. Please come prepared in the event of bad weather.
