  • An afternoon of tasting and discovery, where delicate sweets of soybean-based, inspired by the warmth of autumn and the brightness of summer, meet the delicate aromas of selected teas from all over the world. Guided by Tea sommelier Sherry Lee and Sumerie, you’ll explore harmonious pairings, learn the stories behind ingredients, and celebrate the changing seasons with a plant-based indulgence that’s both delicious and inspiring.

    🌱 Start with a welcoming tea to guide you into the event, then enjoy 4 soy-based sweets paired with 4 teas from around the world (refills included).
