1. Consumer Rights Disclosure

Notice of Consumer Rights - New York State Auto Broker

You are entitled to the following rights under New York General Business Law Article 35-B:

1. CK Auto Connect is not a franchised motor vehicle dealer. We do not sell vehicles directly; all sales and leases are arranged through licensed dealerships.

2. You have the right to receive a written agreement that explains all services to be provided and the exact amount you will be charged.

3. Any fee charged by CK Auto Connect will be disclosed in writing before you agree to our services.

4. You have the right to cancel this agreement within three (3) business days after signing, without penalty.

5. CK Auto Connect will disclose the name of the selling/leasing dealer before you sign any purchase or lease contract.

6. All payments for the vehicle are made directly to the dealer, not to CK Auto Connect.

7. Any manufacturer rebates, warranties, or incentives are offered solely at the manufacturer's or dealer's discretion.

2. Written Auto Broker Agreement

This Auto Broker Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between CK Auto Connect ("Broker") and the undersigned consumer ("Client").

Services Provided: Broker will locate and assist in the negotiation and arrangement of the purchase or lease of a new or used motor vehicle from a licensed dealer.

Fees: Broker's service fee is $    0    . This fee is [paid by Client / paid by Dealer - specify].

Dealer Relationship: Broker may receive a payment from the selling/leasing dealer; this will be disclosed before any contract is signed.

No Warranty: Broker makes no express or implied warranties regarding the vehicle. All warranties are provided by the manufacturer or dealer.

Cancellation: Client may cancel this Agreement within three (3) business days without penalty.

3. Compensation & Relationship Disclosure

CK Auto Connect may receive compensation from the dealer for arranging the sale or lease. This does not increase the price you pay for the vehicle. Any such compensation will be disclosed to you in writing before you enter into a purchase or lease contract.

 

4. Privacy Policy (GLBA-Compliant)

We collect personal information, including your name, contact details, Social Security number, driver's license, employment information, and financial details for the purpose of arranging your vehicle purchase or lease.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

   * Licensed motor vehicle dealers, lenders, or leasing companies you authorize.

   * Service providers who help us process applications, subject to confidentiality agreements.

We store personal information securely and destroy it when it is no longer needed.

5. Fee Refund & Complaint Policy

Broker fees are refundable only if CK Auto Connect fails to deliver the agreed services, subject to NY law. Complaints may be submitted in writing to: CK Auto Connect - sales@ckautoconnect.com.
