We’re looking for someone who can take charge of our outbound campaigns from start to finish: managing data, building campaigns, and making sure we hit the right people at the right time. You will start by building out our lead lists and within the first 4-8 weeks you will be promoted to outbound manager if you provide great work.

Your responsibilities
-Keep lead lists accurate and up to date
-Qualify leads and improve data quality
-Use tools like Clay, Instantly, Apollo, and Apify to enrich data and automate workflows
-Coordinate with lead sourcers to keep a steady pipeline coming in
-Apply AI tools to improve targeting and qualification
-Plan, launch, and oversee outbound email campaigns
-Research markets, industries, and prospects to keep us ahead

Required skills and experience
-At least 2+ years of experience running outbound campaigns (sending at least 200k+ emails a month)
-Experience enriching lead lists with Clay
-Experience creating outbound email campaigns using tools like Instantly.ai or Smartleads.ai
-Experience with AI tools and automations, including crafting the ideal ICP, finding untapped lead sources, and using methods like web scraping to uncover opportunities
-Only looking for a highly motivated individual (no agencies)
