3D Print Request Form
Please provide the information below to make your 3D print request. All requests will be reviewed by Little Elm Public Library staff. The Library reserves the right to refuse certain requests. If your request involves a deadline, please note that we cannot guarantee that your request will be ready on time. Staffing, number of other requests, supplies, and complexity of the printed object all factor into the timeline for project completion. Prints are completed on a first-come, first-served basis. Printing cost is $0.15 cents per gram or meter for filament. Staff will email you to confirm the estimate of your request before printing. By completing this form, you affirm that the requested 3D printed object is not intended for harmful purposes or potentially harmful intent (e.g., not a weapon or an object used to modify a weapon). If you have any other questions or concerns, contact the Little Elm Public Library at 214-975-0430, or library@littleelm.gov.

Density
*
Please advise density level as a whole number (between 1-100). 30%, for instance, is a good balance of cost/material for many things, but sometimes you may need extra durability in which case 60-80% would be needed.
