Student Preparation Programs - Employer Sign Up Form

The University of South Florida Center for Career and Professional Development is looking for employers and professionals interested in preparing students for their career.

Each semester, we host a number of programs that prepare students for career fairs, networking, interviewing, resumes, and other aspects of professional development.

Employers and professionals willing to volunteer their time for these program and events get a chance to not only support student career success, but also get early access to USF talent and build a campus presence and brand.

Participating in Student Preparation Programs is free.

Please complete the form below if your organization is interested in signing up for one of our Fall 2025 programs or workshops. Our team will review your request and contact you to discuss your interest.

Program Descriptions:

Resume Reviews with Employers: Provide one-on-one 15-20 minute resume reviews to students preparing to attend a career fair or apply for a position.
Industry Conversations with Employers: Serve as a panelist on a career panel where our team facilitates a conversation about working in specific industries or careers. Share insights on career pathways and tips on how to students can pursue them. Great for recruiters or early career professionals.
Career Fair Kick-Off: This open-house style event will teach students how to get ready for the career fair season by offering resume reviews, introduction/elevator pitch feedback, networking advice, or dress for success tips in short 15-20 minute individual or group sessions.
Mock Interview Day: Faciltiate 30 minute individual practice interview appointments with students offering feedback on how students can strengthen their interviewing skills.
