The Valley City Hi-Lites invite you to register for the first ever Valley City Hi-Lites Invitational. This invite is open to all solos, class A Varsity, class B Varsity, Junior Varsity, Middle School/Junior High dance teams, studios, and College Dance Teams across North Dakota and surrounding states.
