Applicants must have a current Little Elm Public Library card (only available to physical library card holders). If you do not have a library card, you can stop by the library any time to sign up! Just bring your current TX state ID/driver license, or government issued ID. If your ID does not reflect your current address, bring a piece of mail along to confirm your address. Once you have obtained a library card, you can apply for this scholarship. Please note that scholarships are limited and offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Any scholarships not utilized within any 90-day period may be recycled so that other patrons can utilize the program.
