1. Small Games of Chance participants (sellers and purchasers) need to be 18 years of age or older.
2. Small Games of Chance prizes must adhere to EASD handbook and guidelines.
3. Games are to be conducted on school grounds, or grounds leased by EASD for sporting/athletic events.
4. Two (2) persons from different households must be present for the conduct of every and all games. When monies/tickets are collected, both persons need be present until all funds are verified and sales proceeds sealed in a deposit bag. Additionally, for raffles, both parties must verify that ticket stubs and unsold tickets are all accounted for and match the total of printed tickets received by Big E, before they are submitted with their deposit.
**IMPORTANT for 50-50 Raffles** Remember to retain and exclude your starting petty cash fund before announcing our winner. NO sales funds may be removed for any purposes or reasons, and all proceeds received must be properly reported. If you inadvertently forget to remove your petty cash fund before announcing your winner or turning in proceeds, your TEAM will surrender that portion of sales profits.
