The signature below constitutes the desire for the sports TEAM indicated on this form, and the appointed Parent Representative or Coach as a representative for that TEAM, to participate in Big E Small Games of Chance which are permitted and were approved by the Elizabethtown Area School Board. Additionally, it is understood by signing that all prizes offered in raffles must be clearly stated in detail when submitting approval and also adhere to EASD Policies and Handbook. The Laws governing Small Games of Chance were enacted and are enforced by Lancaster County. As the grantee of such license, the Big E Athletic Booster Club hopes to offer additional sources of fundraising and opportunities for TEAMs to earn funds in a manner that has not been offered to any sports teams in our district for quite some time. In conjunction with obtaining and holding this license however, we have responsibilities that must be upheld and rules that must be adhered.
