Microdose Sound Bath Waiver & Release of Liability
1. Voluntary Participation
I understand that participation in a Microdose Sound Bath is entirely voluntary. This event may include elements of sound therapy, guided relaxation, meditation, and/or other mindfulness-based practices designed to promote well-being. I acknowledge that experiences may be physical, emotional, or psychological in nature, and I agree to take full responsibility for my own participation.
2. Health & Medical Considerations
I affirm that I am in adequate physical and mental condition to safely take part in this experience. I understand that sound baths and microdosing experiences are not substitutes for medical or psychological treatment. I agree to consult with my healthcare provider if I have any existing medical conditions, am pregnant, or take any medications that may interact with sound, breathwork, or microdosing practices.
I confirm that:
- I am not pregnant.
- I do not have a history of seizures, epilepsy, or severe psychiatric disorders.
3. Personal Autonomy and Substances
Whether I am attending this event for the first time or returning, I understand that my participation is a personal choice rooted in self-exploration and well-being. Should I choose to engage with any substances—including, but not limited to, microdoses of psychedelics—before or during the event, I do so of my own free will and take full responsibility for my decision.
Specifically, I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for:
- Attending the event in a safe, self-aware, and grounded state,
- Monitoring my physical, emotional, and mental well-being throughout the experience, and
- Understanding that no substances are offered, recommended, or endorsed by the facilitators, organizers, or venue staff.
I further understand that participation in this event is entirely independent of any substance use, and such use is neither encouraged nor required.
4. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with this event, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional discomfort, or psychological responses. In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release and discharge the facilitators, hosts, organizers, venue, volunteers, and all affiliated individuals or entities from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in this event.
5. Confidentiality, Privacy & Respect
This is a confidential and private experience. I agree to maintain the privacy of other participants and treat all personal shares and group interactions with respect and non-judgment. I commit to co-creating a safe and sacred space for all involved.
6. Legal Acknowledgment
By signing this document, I understand that I am waiving certain legal rights, including the rights of my successors, heirs, or representatives to bring any legal action or assert any claims against Harmonic Journey, The Green Room, and/or their affiliates, assigns, or beneficiaries. I agree to fully and unconditionally release, waive, and discharge any and all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with my participation in this session.
I acknowledge that I have thoroughly read this Waiver & Release of Liability in its entirety and fully understand its contents.
