You can drop off your item purchased from Saks OFF 5th at:
- Any Saks OFF 5th store
- Ship it directly to Effy Jewelry
- Schedule an in-person drop off at our Midtown Manhattan facility
You will receive shipping instructions once your submission is approved. We strongly suggest insuring your package for the amount you paid for the item (not the MSRP) and adding signature-required service.
Once your item arrives at our facility, please allow 6–8 weeks for service. If additional time is required, or if there are any costs involved, we will contact you with an update and estimate.

- Warranty Details
- Copy of your original receipt or tag is required for services.
- Effy lifetime limited warranty expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical or accidental abuse, loss (including loss of center stones, or any diamond above 0.09ct in size) and theft.
- We agree to repair any items which we deem to be damaged due to a manufacturing defect.
- Any service performed by anyone other than Effy Jewelry or an Effy Jewelry authorized jeweler will immediately void the warranty.
