Big4 2025 Bursary Application

Blaze Your Trail is delighted to join the F&P Big4 Fundraising Conference as Bursary Partner. Their support has enabled two bursaries for fundraisers from small to medium nonprofits to attend Big4 Fundraising in Sydney on 29 & 30 October 2025.

This opportunity is for organisations with limited budgets and capacity to send fundraising staff to conferences. We encourage those who meet the eligibility criteria and who would otherwise struggle to attend Big4 Fundraising 2025 to apply.

Eligibility

Please carefully read the following eligibility criteria before you complete this application form:

Your organisation must have an annual revenue (from all sources) of $3 million or less.
Your organisation is not required to have DGR status, but it must fit the definition of a nonprofit, for-purpose or social enterprise organisation and it must be actively engaged in fundraising.
The bursaries are for the registration cost of Big4 Fundraising 2025 on 29 and 30 October 2025. Bursaries do not include F&P Masterclasses on 28 October. Big4 Fundraising program details and registration prices can be found here.
Any travel and accommodation costs must be covered by the applicant.
Bursary recipients will be chosen based on both organisation and individual, and bursaries are therefore non-transferable between colleagues.
Big4 Fundraising 2025 is an in-person conference – there is no virtual or recorded offering. By applying for a bursary, you are committing to attending the conference in Sydney in-person.

If you meet the eligibility criteria, and you have already registered and paid for a Big4 Fundraising 2025 ticket, you can still apply for a bursary. Should your bursary application be successful, and you have already registered, we will refund your registration fee for the conference.

The deadline for bursary applications 5pm AEST on Friday 5 September 2025
Successful bursary recipients will be informed by email by 5pm AEST on Tuesday 9 September 2025
If you do not hear from F&P by 5pm AEST on Tuesday 9 September 2025, you should assume your bursary application has been unsuccessful
