The above fees are intended for residential projects ranging from a single family home up to fourplex in size.

For fees on larger projects including, mixed-use buildings or multi-unit residential buildings, please contact us at info@properhomeenergy.com.

Work will be billed incrementally at the time of service. 5% GST will be applied to invoices as applicable.

For mid construction & final airtightness tests, site visits will be required. Fees are inclusive of travel.

Significant re-designs or additional work outside the typical scope will be billed at an hourly rate of $140/hr.

Quoted prices are valid for 30 days, after which fees are subject to change.

- I understand that work is billed incrementally at the time of service. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days, after which fees may be subject to change. 5% GST will be applied to invoices as applicable.
- Where site visits are required, travel will be billed at an hourly rate of $100/hr from our office location in Robson.
- Significant re-designs or additional work outside the typical scope will be billed at an hourly rate of $140/hr.
- I agree that the information provided to Proper Home Energy is true and correct. In the event of any changes, I agree to provide Proper Home Energy with updated information and/or documentation.
- I agree that Proper Home Energy Inc will not be help responsible should I not meet the terms and conditions of the Fortis rebate program. I acknowlege that all rebates will be paid to the registered builder as per the Fortis terms & conditions.
