Match Make Up Form

All make-up matches to be rescheduled due to extreme weather must be played within 14 days of the originally scheduled match.  Captains must submit the “Match Make Up Form” within 5 days detailing dates and times for the match to be made up.

Only lines that have started (first service attempt) stand for an extreme weather make-up.  A team is not held to any defaulted line(s) given.

Should teams be faced with inclement weather on the date of the scheduled make up match, teams have 7 days from that date to complete the match unless late in the season at which time the DTA will set a completion deadline.  The rescheduled match dates and times must be emailed to the DTA league coordinator.

 

If lines have to be rescheduled separtely, please assign dates and times for each line as necessary.
