Applicants for Leadership St. Pete must have the support and commitment of their organization. Your signature as a supervisor is necessary as an indication of this support.

By submitting and signing this form, you are supporting the LSP Applicant listed above as they complete the six-month program. The program requirements include:

Attendance in several half-day and full-day programs, as well as additional planning meetings as required. Full participation in the completion of a class project is expected.

Attendance is mandatory for the Orientation Dinner and Opening Retreat, and the applicant may only miss a maximum of two (2) seminars and/or activities beyond these mandatory events.

If selected, the applicant may not miss more than two (2) seminars or activities, or they may no longer continue with or graduate from LSP. Tuition and fees paid are non-refundable.
