Educator of the Year Nomination
The Educator of the Year Award recognizes outstanding educators in Greeley-Evans School District 6. The Success Foundation encourages the nomination of one Educator of the Year nominee from each school to be selected by a committee designated by school administration. The nominating committee may include but is not limited to the school leadership team, parents and students.

Who is Eligible:
- All classroom teachers;
- Specials teachers (art, physical education, library, technology, etc.);
- Special education;
- Gifted and talented;
- Interventionists;
- Certified language development teachers;
- Certified technical education teachers
REQUIREMENTS:

*Nominee must be full-time employee and teach at least 4 hours every school day;
*It is recommended that nominee have 4 years or more of full-time teaching experience in any district. For educators with less than 4 years experience, please consider Rookie of the Year category.
Please be as detailed as possible in your responses. The selection committee relies
solely on the nomination forms when choosing the winner. The more thorough the
response, the better the chance your nominee has of being selected. The nomination form may also be shared with your nominee.
