Talk to us, not the host. Important things like payments, scheduling, promoting etc, should be brought to our attention so that we can run things efficiently.
Branding is important to us too. Any and all advertising and marketing; social media, physical flyers, word of mouth, etc for GT’s events must include the name “Good Thomas”. We provide flyers and designs for you but, we understand you may want to design your own materials. We will provide you with a slew of logos, images and other elements so you can incorporate them accordingly.
GT's employees reserve the right to take off all major holidays. If you'd like service on a major holiday please coordinate with us so we can make our best effort to meet your requests.
You (the venue) have the right to cancel free of charge one or all ongoing services at any time as long as 4 hours notice is given.
If in any situation you don't give a 4+ hour cancellation notice, a $50.00 Late Cancellation Fee will be charged. This goes directly to our valuable hosts who lose out when they could be elsewhere.
