Slime Club – Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided
Slime Club is an educational and creative program provided by Boot Camp for Brains, LLC. Sessions include hands-on slime-making activities, basic science learning, and creativity-based projects.
2. Faith-Based Statement
Boot Camp for Brains is a faith-based business. We love the Lord and aim to create a supportive, values-driven environment where students can explore creativity, learning, and positive social interaction.
3. Registration & Payment
Full payment for the program is due at the time of registration to reserve your child’s spot. $200.
4. Refund Policy
No refunds will be given. Only for extreme circumstances.
5. Cancellation: Cancellation by BCFB will be emailed immediately, and the session will be made up. If a session is missed by the parent, you can reach out to bootcampforbrain@gmail.com to see if there is a spot on another day of the week, which is not guaranteed.
6. Session Location
Slime Club sessions are held on-site at the designated school location right after school, and pickup time is 5 pm. Room assignments will be provided in advance.
7. Student Behavior & Expectations
Students must arrive on time, follow safety rules, and treat others respectfully.
Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the program with no refund.
8. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring prompt pickup at 5:00 PM.
Late pickups may result in a late fee of $25 per 15 minutes after 5:00 PM.
Parents must park and walk up to sign out their child at dismissal.
9. Privacy & Safety
We value student safety and confidentiality. Personal information will not be shared without written consent.
10. Materials & Property
All slime-making supplies are included in the program cost.
Students may take home their completed slime each week.
All other materials remain the property of Boot Camp for Brains unless otherwise noted.
11. Limitation of Liability
While every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure a safe environment, Boot Camp for Brains is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, loss of personal property, or outcomes beyond our control.
12. Media & Testimonials
By enrolling, you agree that photos, videos, or testimonials may be used for marketing purposes unless a written opt-out notice is provided before the program begins.
