I am so pleased you have decided to join the Girls in Property Accelerator Programme. Please read the following important terms and conditions carefully.
This contract sets out:
* Your legal rights and responsibilities
* My legal rights and responsibilities
* Certain key information required by law
The intention is to bring clarity to our relationship, protect both of us, and take care of the business side so that we can get on with the good stuff!
Parties
In this contract:
‘I’, ‘me’, or ‘my’ means Athena Dobson (Girls in Property)
‘You’ or ‘your’ means the person buying or using my services (insert client name and business here)

Background
This contract is for your registration in the Girls in Property Accelerator Programme, my 6-month group programme. Because I only provide services to businesses, consumer protection legislation does not apply to this agreement.
I am Girls in Property Ltd, company number 15226411, and have created this contract for you.
Introduction
By purchasing services from me (“services”), you agree to be legally bound by:

* Any programme or service descriptions (e.g. sales page, email confirmation)
Carrying Out the Services
Services will be delivered within the timeframe set out in the programme description.
This registration is for the Girls in Property Accelerator Programme (6-month group programme).
All group programme sessions must be taken within the stated timeframe or they will expire.
The full schedule will be released before the programme begins and will consider different schedules and commitments.
If I need to rearrange a session due to an emergency or illness, you will be given at least 24 hours’ notice.
All sessions are delivered via Zoom (unless otherwise agreed).
All calls will be recorded and uploaded into our private Accelerator Programme community area.
Your Responsibilities
Pay the programme fee on time and as set out in the payment terms.
Provide accurate and complete information when requested.
Communicate through our agreed method between sessions.
Understand this group programme is not therapy or counselling. You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and results.
Please note
My role is to offer guidance, support, and accountability to help you make progress towards your business goals.
This programme does not replace medical treatment, mental health care, or counselling.
If you are under medical care, you confirm your provider is aware of and supports your participation.
Keep me informed of any relevant changes to your health or circumstances.
Charges & Payment
Total Investment & Programme fee: £3,427
Deposit: £97 non refundable deposit to secure your space.
Two options for payment plan:
Option 1: £97 non refundable deposit followed by full payment of £3,330 to be recieved no later than Monday 15th September.
Full payment includes one complimentary 60-minute strategy session with Athena Dobson. This session must be booked and completed within the six-month duration of the programme. If it is not used within this period, the client forfeits their entitlement to the session.
Option 2: £97 non refundable deposit to be paid followed by 6 following payments of £555. First installment to be paid no later than Monday 15th September.
In any and all circumstances, no refunds are provided. Payment is for the programme as a whole, not for individual sessions.
If paying by instalments and a payment is missed, the remaining balance will be due immediately.
Chargeback threats or claims will be treated seriously and may be reported to credit agencies.
Refund Policy
Once you enter into this contract and programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please note that all fees are non-refundable. This is a six-month commitment, and all agreed payments must be made in full.
Intellectual Property
All materials (digital or printed) provided are for your personal use only and may not be shared without written consent.
Use of Your Personal Information
Your information will be used to:
* Provide the services
* Process payments
* Share information about similar services (you can opt out anytime)
Your information will be kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law or necessary due to risk of harm to yourself or others.
Confidentiality
* Keep all shared information in the programme strictly confidential.
* Do not share details of other participants without their consent.
Problems & Complaints
If there is a problem with the services, contact me as soon as possible so we can work towards a positive outcome.
End of Contract
Either party may terminate the agreement if the other commits a material breach and fails to remedy it within 30 days of written notice.
Liability
Except where the law does not allow limitation (e.g. for death or personal injury), my total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the services.
Disputes
This contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Both parties agree not to make public or disparaging statements about each other, including on social media.
Entire Agreement
This document is the full agreement between us. You acknowledge you have not relied on any other statement or promise.
Third Party Rights
No one other than the parties to this contract has any right to enforce its terms.

1 × 90-minute monthly module session via Zoom, including 30 minutes of Q&A
1 × 60-minute monthly mindset session via Zoom
1 × Complimentary quarterly Girls in Property workshop
Exclusive community group for support and to ask any questions

Graduation ceremony lunch
