By signing, I agree to the following:

Withdrawal & Refund Timelines
Withdraw 14+ days before the first class → full refund minus $50 administrative fee.
Withdraw less than 14 days before the first class → 50% refund.
No refunds after the first week of the session.
Missed Classes & Make-ups
Limit: Up to 3 make-up classes may be taken on or before May 18, 2026.
May is reserved as a “make-up month”
No refunds for missed classes.
If a class is cancelled by Shana due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen reasons and no make-up is offered, a prorated refund or credit will be issued.
Drop-off & Pick-up
Parents/guardians must sign children in and out.
Prompt pick-up is required at 5:30 PM.
Late pick-up fee: $10 for every 5 minutes after 5:35 PM.
Behavior & Safety
Sababa with Shana is a kind, respectful space.
Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
Illness Policy
Children must be symptom-free (no fever, vomiting, or contagious illness) for at least 24 hours before class.
If a child becomes ill during class, parents will be contacted for immediate pick-up.
Minimum Enrollment
If minimum enrollment is not met, the class may be canceled.
Families will receive a full refund or may apply payment toward a future session.
Non-Transfer of Registration
Registrations are non-transferable without written permission from Sababa with Shana
Force Majeure
No refunds will be given for cancellations or closures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, public health emergencies).
Media Release
I give permission for photos/videos of my child to be used for program promotion unless I notify Shana Fruchter in writing (e-mail) before classes begin.
Medical Emergency
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Shana Fruchter and/or staff to seek emergency medical care for my child.
