    Please fill out the form below to participate in the Christmas Bazaar from 10:00 am-3;00 pm on Saturday, December 6, 2025. Submission of this form acknowledges vendor agreement with the following guidelines: *Vendors are responsible for cleanup of their own sites* Vendors are responsible for their own tables and chairs if not reserved in advance * This is a rain or shine event!         • Vendor/Host Agreement

          *We provide an open space approximately 9ft x 9ft (indoor) and 10ft x 10ft (outside) in size. 


          *Limited tables are available for rent and must be reserved before the event. 


          *If NOT paid for in advance, vendors must provide their own tables and chairs. 


          *Vendors may bring other items for their display areas, provided they fit within their allotted space.

          *Canopies are not provided. Outdoor vendors are responsible for their own tent or canopy cover should they choose to have one. 

          *Vendors are responsible for their own display setup, including table coverings. Available tables are 8' and blue, white, or black.  


          *Vendors are allowed to begin set up at 7:00 am Saturday morning and must be cleaned up by 4:30 pm. Vendors agree to refrain from breaking down their space until the event concludes at 3 pm. Friday night set up option info will be posted prior to the event! 


          *Vendor spaces and locations are assigned on a first-come first-serve basis based on the time of registration and payment.  

          *Spacing of Vendors Selling Similar Goods:  Every effort is made to separate vendors of similar items.  For example, two jewelry vendors would not be placed side by side, but this is not guaranteed. 

          *No Duplication of Vendors from the Same Company: Only one vendor per company is allowed for companies like Tupperware, Pampered Chef, Mary Kay Cosmetics, Longaberger Baskets, Scentsy Wickless Candles, Thirty-One Gifts, Silpada Jewelry, Paparazzi Accessories, Watkins Products, Gourmet Cupboard, Beijo Handbags, Clique Jewelry, Liberty Lady Designs, Tastefully Simple, Avon, BeautiControl, etc.  Not allowing duplicates prevents direct competition within the same company, and Craft Fair customers enjoy more shopping variety.

          * We will highlight each vendor on our socials and encourage vendors to promote the event to their followers so that we can reach as many people as possible- this will help drive traffic to your booths and increase your sales!
