Veteran's Day Celebration

Join us on Saturday, November 8th, for the Weatherford Chamber of Commerce’s Inaugural Veterans Day Celebration, hosted by the Weatherford Chamber and presented by the Veterans Business Council.

Taking place right after the American Legion Parade, this free, family-friendly event welcomes the entire community to come together in honor of our nation’s heroes. Enjoy Veteran organizations & businesses, a variety of vendors, food trucks, military vehicles, live music, and fun activities for all ages.

Veteran's Day Celebration
Saturday, November 8, from 10am - 3pm
Historic Downtown on York St. 

For marketing purposes, deadline is October 27th.

Booth Information:

1. Booth sizes are 10x10 feet. Please note that there will be no electricity available.
2. Sponsors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, and any other necessary supplies.
3. Booths will be located on the 100 and 200 blocks of York Ave.
4. Tents must be anchored down with 30lb. weights.
5. For printing purposes deadline is Oct. 27th.
6. No beverages or food may be sold or distributed from non-food vendors unless a food permit and insurance has been submitted to the Chamber and City of Weatherford.
7. Any CBD, alcohol, tobacco, health-related businesses, prescription or non-prescription drug related business/organization are prohibited as vendors or sponsors. 
8. You will receive an email with your specific booth location, set-up time, and take-down time.
9. Electricity will not be available and per the Fire Marshall generators are not allowed. 
10. Political booths and raffle booths do not meet criteria for admittance and will not be accepted.
11. The county lot will feature food vendors and a stage for local performances.

THE UNDERSIGNS HEREBY ELECTS TO AND DOES RELEASE THE WEATHERFROD CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND ITS RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES FOR AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, RIGHTS OR CAUSES OF ACTION OF WAHTSOEVER KIND OF NATURE WHICH THE UNDERSIGNS HAS EVER HAD OR MAY NOW HAVE OR MAY HEREAFTER HAVE, WHERE NOW KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, FORESEEN OR UNFORESEEN, ARIVING FROM OR BY REASON OF ANY WAY CONNECT PARKER COUNTY JURIES, LOSSES, DAMAGES, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS, OR THE RESULT THEREOF, WHERE THERETOFORE HAS EVER OR HEREAFTER MAY BE SUSTAINED BY THE UNDERSIGNED AS A RESULT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING OUT OF THE UNDERSIGNED'S PARTICIPATION IN VETERANS CELEBRATION DAY.
