    I understand that as the Group Leader, I am responsible for the following details:
  • Safe Environment Requirements

    All groups must bring one Safe Environment trained adult per every ten youth participants to the SEALED event. All adult chaperones must be registered. All completed Safe Environment Compliance Forms must be turned in by the end of the day on Friday, February 20, 2026.

    Liability Form Requirements

    All registered participants must complete the online liability form prior to attending SEALED.

    Changes to Registration

    All changes to your registrations must be made in writing prior to registration closing on Friday, February 20, 2026. For example, if a youth or adult is no longer attending, you must send an email to the Office of Faith Formation indicating the change. It is the responsibility of the Group Leader to stay up-to-date on the live registration link provided to him/her. 

    Payments 

    Cost to attend SEALED (including all adults and youth) is $50 per participant. The Group Leader will receive an invoice for their SEALED participants following the retreat. Payments will not be collected prior to the retreat. This is to allow you flexibility in how you would like to collect payments. All changes to your group must be made prior to registration closing on Friday, February 20, 2026. You will be charged for all participants registered in your group at the close of registration. 

    Registration for SEALED will close on Friday, February 20th at 10:00 p.m. There will not be an option for on-site registration.
